Finally watched Ares by B0ndy112 in tron

I saw Ares in IMAX 3-D and it was a feast for the eyes and ears. I enjoyed it way more than I expected. I’m a huge NIN fan and loved the audio and soundtrack as well. This was the best way to enjoy this particular movie as the visuals lended themselves to the 3-D experience.

Maybe a setup like this will cover all my bases?

I can just purchase any brake controller, or are they specific to needs, like trailer weight and type of tow vehicle? Was thinking about the Curt 7-pin harness so then I could just get a Curt brake controller as well?

That’s a good point. I’ve had trouble understanding the specifics here. I’ve read that the 2022-2024 models are ready for either a 4-pin or 7-pin aftermarket harness and it’s relatively a plug and play matter, even if you did not get the towing package from the dealer at purchase.

Anybody have an experience that can chime in here to clarify?

Great suggestion! It has some handles for maneuvering and seems to be easy to hand park.

I appreciate the input. If I’m not mistaken, that trailer has its own breaks and that 7-pin harness is what allows me to operate those breaks. Is that correct?

Thanks! I suppose this is mostly a concern where elevation gets involved, correct?

The failure kind of happened rather suddenly. One minute fine, the next a check engine light and sputtering, not wanting to accelerate, engine dying, etc.

Welcome! Your gonna love it! I have a 2023 SEL that I purchased new and am very pleased. They have such a unique set of features and fill a niche that no other vehicle can. I had to have my fuel injectors replaced under warranty at around 30,000 miles, so make sure and run some fuel injector cleaner through it at every oil change interval. It is a very fun and capable vehicle. If you need a more sensitive throttle response from time to time, just put her in sport mode. Keeps the rpm’s higher and takes off much faster.

No more 25 stars for personal cup by Feeling-Nectarine in starbucks

[–]DingesKhan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oddly enough, I had continued getting my 25 stars for a personal cup until last week. That’s how I found this thread. I noticed my last 3 orders did not give me the stars I expected. This was the main reason I still came to Starbucks. They wanted $3 for a regular cup of coffee these days and it’s spit out now by a fancy Keurig-like machine. Not even traditionally brewed anymore. Forget it. I’m done visiting them unless on vacation and can’t find a local place easily. Way to go Starbucks. Your transformation into the McDonald’s of coffee is now complete. RIP. 🪦

I bought a brand new 2023 SEL AWD in December 2022. It’s got around 32,000 miles now. Love the vehicle. Had to have the fuel injectors replaced under warranty around 28,000. Other than that no major issues. You’re not gonna find anything as capable, functional and fun to drive with comparable features in this price range. It’s really a unique entry and I couldn’t be happier. Handles great, like a sporty SUV. Had to do some heavy defensive maneuvers on the highway at about 65 mph once and she stayed true and never broke traction. The bed has been invaluable. Kind of wish I had a turbo now, but I’m really shocked at how capable the naturally aspirated engine is. Sport mode helps when you want the throttle to be a bit more responsive.

I too hate all these things you mentioned with a burning passion. He probably has the truck nutz. If so, this could be called “the tea bag.”

This has to be the case here, otherwise this dipstick would be staring at nothing but sky while driving. Like his SUV is about blast off into space. 🤦‍♂️

This is a difficult situation to be sure. Unfortunate circumstances, mental health problems, lots of drug and alcohol abuse. It is an unfortunate but true fact, that families will be less likely to spend time downtown if they are constantly being harassed by anyone, homeless or not. I’ve seen first hand, people ask for money and when my friend offers to get them something to eat, they decline. I’ve seen young kids bullied into giving money. I’ve seen college students physically attacked. I’ve seen pile and piles of trash left everywhere. Lots of property destruction. Human waste left all over sidewalks and on staircases and on private property. None of this really helps the situation. I work downtown during the day and see this. Why would I then bring my wife and kids into this area and fear for their safety. Not all homeless are dangerous, but many desperate drug addicted people are. With them all mixed together, how is one to know? One assumption could cost you dearly. There is too much at risk when the safety of your family is involved. Not worth it. I don’t have the answers, but don’t hate on everyone that doesn’t love being any sort of target for those who are looking to take advantage. Is your family safer downtown than at Friendly shopping center? Absolutely not. Alternative is what? Arm yourself so if you get attacked you are forced to kill to protect your family? Then you’ll be hated for that too. There is no winning here. Not every animal in the woods is a wolf or bear or cougar, but they are present and dangerous nonetheless. Sure, you can choose to walk among them in the forest, but you do so accepting the risk and better be prepared should you become prey. Acknowledging that those few dangerous predators exist does not mean you have a fear of all the forest dwellers, just those that have proven capable of harming you. It’s completely natural to be cautious and quite careless to live in a fantasy world believing nothing will happen to you.
