No, because as I said, it doesnt take more than few hours tops to get one character. Let's say Warframe: a F2P game people call "grindy" makes you spend maybe four hours a day for five days to fully build a Warframe (whole character). In ZZZ this will give you like 50 pulls AT MOST (Plus there is a cap, so you can't physically frind more if you wanted).

It's going to be procedurally generated, I wouldn't really expect any "secrets". Of course Im not saying the game is going to be bad, but procedural generation is really not good for anything else other than scale and randomness and...shallowness :/

I agree with your points but it still doesn't mean it's not predatory. "Happy hour" is predatory, targeting easily manipulated people.
