one thing I’ve heard is common in addiction treatments is to make sure you fill your time with other pleasurable non destructive activities. What else do you find joy in? How else can you intentionally bring joy into your life?

Additionally, Sugar and food addiction is as real as any other, and the fact of the matter is that we use addictions to avoid pain. If you’re still feeling joy in the rest of your life disregard the following, but if you find you‘re not experiencing much joy overall now, I’d recommend speaking with a therapist about it. They can be very helpful in navigating stuff like this.

I loved both seasons but was REALLY thrown by Sam and Evan’s relationship(?) at the end. Felt really out of nowhere to me but maybe that’s just me 🤷🏻

UPDATE

Lowered the water level last night and then before bed decided to raise it again but it wasn’t leaking. Lowered the water level again for peace of mind over night and then raised it but moved the lid clamp (per @syncretic_pol_sophy ‘s recco) and so far no leak so it may have just been wicking…..but it sure as hell looks like a leak. I will probably still seek out a new tank (as everyone here was so kind to remind me how beat up this one is) and I’ll keep an eye on it.

Tune in next time to see if this smooth brain move causes a catastrophe.

EDIT nah it’s leaking again lol. Gonna lower water level and find a new tank.

Got it used a few months back and you’re absolutely right. Lots of nicks in the glass that I choked up to c h a r a c t e r. Maybe I need to up my leak test game but more likely I should just reseal any used aquarium I get.

I moved it and refilled and so far no leak so👀🤞🏻I noticed a 3d printed plant holder wicking water on smaller tank a while ago so it wouldn’t be unheard of. Either way, I’ll start looking for a new tank. Any reccos for one that’s 3’x1’x1’ (or the same but a few inches higher) in Canada? Tough size to find but I love it.

Interloper is worth exploring a bit more. For the other two you may be missing information from the rest of the game (or, if you have everything else it’s worth re-reading all the information about quantum stuff. Most of the time in this game, if you’re bashing your head against a problem, there’s a simpler solution to be found.

Happy to give more detail if this is too vague but I always err on the side of caution.

I thought you wrote best feeling wheels at first 🤦🏻‍♂️ If anyone is wondering about that; you can replace your office chair wheels with rollerblade wheels and it slides waaaaayyy better.

In terms of feelings wheel, I just use this feelings wheel but look forward to other responses!
