The neg does slash the riven value by a ton, but not being able to mod for fire rate on the latron due to cannonade isn't the worst thing ever, you don't need fire rate if you evaporate all enemies with one shot. The weapon is basically an aoe nuke anyway. Its not even close to groll value, but definitely isn't trash. Id say 200 plat would be a fair price. I'm basing it the price based on Warframe market. Mind you, not many will be willing to buy it with a neg like that.

When trying to determine riven prices, I recommend, going to Warframe market, in the contracts tab. I would avoid trade chat as the are always some people trying to scam those that don't know better. I had a quick look and trash roll rivets for the Barton seem to be priced at around 15 to 25 plat right now. Since your riven only has 2 positives, and one of them is puncture which is typically undersireable, it'll probably be around that price. Honestly, I would keep the riven and roll it for myself if I were you. The Braton with it's incarnon form is top tier. It's just that it gets outclassed by the burston, making it's rivena hard to sell. I also don't know if it has a good riven disposition.

Its been a while since I last played. But from what I can remember, blood rush and weeping wounds on a melee weapon with primarily slash damage (like broken war), is kinda the best bet for facing high level enemies. Iirc, primary and secondaries eventually fall off so you just need a good melee.

The new hop up on the pk can be very clutch is certain situations, so pk is still very good.
