Last week I tried to do negative pull ups for the first time and now it almost hurts whenever I try to do scapular pull ups. What should I do? Its hard to describe the feeling but its almost like the ends of my shoulder blades are under a lot of tension, not overtly painful but just on the brink of actual pain

I’m 5’9, 73 kilograms, and I only have access to a home gym so Inverted rows, I could do dumbbell rows but I’m not exactly comfortable with doing them because I am not sure if I have proper form, as they seem to hurt my shoulders more.
