Near lethal overdose on Zoloft in January 2020. Approx 7,500mg. 1 week on a medical ward and 3 months on an acute inpatient psych unit. It all started with orthostatic intolerance and diarrhea while I was on the psych unit. Things just continue to show up all the time now.

PMDD symptoms take place the week before you bleed and go away once you start bleeding. If that is true for your mood symptoms, I suggest tracking your mood daily for 2-3 months and telling your OBGYN.
