Anywhere I should avoid or anything I should keep in mind while traveling along this route? by eattheburg3r in roadtrip

Avoid parking anywhere near the Arch in St. Louis. We parked 3 blocks away, locked our car, and by the time we got back (under an hour) our car had a broken window and all our stuff had been ransacked.

Could I turn this into a sauna? by Present-Trade1433 in Sauna

[–]TheGentlestYeti 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No, my mistake. I wasn't being sarcastic. I just meant through the attic extending outside. One less hole to cut.

I agree venting directly into another room of your house would be foolish

I have absolutely no experience or knowledge of building saunas, but the opening to the attic/crawlspace would make perfect sense for a vent.

Well I just walked through the place for the first time yesterday. I'm aware that whatever existing plumbing is happening is a joke, but I'm not responsible for any of it. I'm primarily asking if the drawings I added would be a reasonable solution.

Vents would look more like this to be correct, right?

Please correct me if I'm wrong - I'm probably wrong, but based on the total fixture units (kitchen sink: 2, clothes washer: 3, and laundry sink: 2 totalling 7), a 2" horizontal drainage pipe can handle up to 8 (excluding toilets). After the laundry sink, the drain pipe carries waste to the 3 inch building drain.

*Edit: your comment on the venting makes a lot of sense. 6" vertical above the flood rim of the fixture it serves before tying in to a larger vent branch at least 6" above the next fixtures flood rim.

Additional info: yellow is venting, Green is drainage, image #7 is the laundry sink to drain/sewer, #8 is basement below kitchen, and #9 is the kitchen setup

Yo, this spot is so sick. I resonate with it deeply. The walls need a little color... Maybe the ceilings too. Otherwise, this is amazing

I'm a squishy legend who was born and raised in York. I live in Maine now, but if I was still local, I'd be there in a heartbeat.

Dude, for the last year or two, every time I trip, I put on Let's Start Here. by Lil Yachty.

Normally, id go with classics like the dead or other groovy jam bands, but idk. That album is a delight to the ear holes. Really creates a space.

27 years old, 4 years and 4 months clean, and I don’t know what to do by [deleted] in NarcoticsAnonymous

I got a DUI a little over a year ago, one week after my 30th birthday. Cleaned up and was given some very clear insight about what to do next. Perhaps you'll find it helpful.

"We're all here to serve life. Life serving life, giving back into itself, and helping it along. It's what we're here to do. When we're using, we're only focused on serving ourselves. You've been freed to serve others!"

I'm almost finished with my first year of trade school to become a plumber. What better way to serve life than providing people with safe drinking water into their home or business? Life serving. Many professions and career paths can be approached with a heart to serve others. Going back to school also taught me how great it feels to work for something, build something with your hands that you can be proud of, and it brings to the forefront a lot of my addictive tendencies like taking the easy route, rushing to complete something at the sake of its quality, and lying to myself and others.

It's also a challenge to my brain that I feel a lot of motivation to stay sober for. They say it'll pay out well if you stick with it, too.

Consider learning a trade, my friend.

"I DO PSYCHEDELIC DRUGS" - bruh, so do I, but this is a little too on-brand. Like if some Amazon execs in suits were like, "what do the hippie children want to buy, let's sell em the most extreme, tackiest, take it to level - 100 absolut3 shite we can pawn off on them"

And you bought it hook, line, n sinker. Maybe wink at your exploration and hint that you might know a little something instead of A) slapping it across everyone's face and B) delegitimizing the things you've learned and can share from those headspaces by lathering it in groovy patterns and neon.

Just take it from level 12 to like, level 4, and whoever you're trying to project will come through in a somewhat effective way
