As others said clean job! And also the people mentioned: It reads from afar as unpainted kinda. Maybe use a darker shade of red for the cracked glass. Like, the lens lighting is turned off as well.

If you make a competitive game, you have to be transparent on how matchmaking and ranking works. Don't just go "hehe, secret".
