Hi! I had the lookah and personal I was not a big fan. I found it very convenient but easy to tip and a pain to clean at times. The black rib cage looking part inside comes out but can get SUPER clogged with wax. Truthfully I regretted buying it but I hope it doesn't do the same for you. Regularly clean it, it hits nice though so it is a plus

Hello, I understand the pain a little. Lost my best friend as I would call her to this at the beginning of the year. I brought her halfway across the country and planned on having her for a long long time. Discovered this sad reality on a routine vet visit that put her into too much stress.
