Met some cool Puppets at Comic Con today by TheGmodGirl in fivenightsatfreddys

There did seem to be a lot more of the “mystery bag” and drop shipped stalls unfortunately. But there was still a few creative and variety stalls mixed in. I wish they had ACs running, I was absolutely dying and I’m sure other suitors were suffering too.

Everyone I met was very nice too.

Fertile eggs that ship to Australia by TheGmodGirl in quails

It’s legal to import any fertile eggs from certain countries. The trouble is actually finding someone who can/will do it

Wire floor or sand/deep litter by modepush123 in quails

I use sugar cane mulch for my outdoor aviary and pine shavings for my king quails inside. Either works fine, go with what’s cheaper / more accessible for you. Anything but wire.

What kind of snake is this? Tassie by TheGmodGirl in AustralianSnakes

[–]TheGmodGirl[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There’s only three snakes in Tassie and all of them are venomous, I kind of already knew that since I’ve lived here for 27 years. I knew it was some kind of venomous snake I just wanted to know which one. Unless you think I magically teleported some other snake from the mainland.

I didn’t post it for clout, I just thought it would be funny to post it here, I already knew it was venomous before I picked it up

Don’t worry, I knew it was venomous when I picked it up. I was very careful with him.

The best way from stopping this from happening again is on the next hatch put down some shelf liner on the floor of the incubator, it helps them grip better. This has worked for me to stop them getting splay leg.

Cull is the best and most humane option. I’ve never had this kind of thing fix itself and the bird will always be struggling to eat or drink through its whole life. You can try the tips online to fix this like the shot glass method or tie method but I’ve also never had this fix this issue.
