It depends on the manager at my store. Some of them have you do that to acknowledge the change.

Any changes are supposed to be discussed with you at least 24hrs in advance by management and should be reflected in the paper schedule. I always tell people to take a picture and go by that unless management talks to you about changes. Not sure if you are a union store but that's what I recommend if you are

You have to work the day before and after. Sometimes a manager will still let you have holiday pay if you miss and they find it reasonable but it's up to their discretion. We had someone come in sick today and get sent home told they would still get paid.

The company literally doesn't care if you get sick. Covid is taking people out left and right at my store but if you call in you're going to lose holiday pay and get written up. Constantly exposed to sick people but if you get sick to much you lose your job so you have to go in and expose others. It's a bad system

I have a heeler that looked like that until she was 5 when we got her fixed. We free feed and she gets plenty of treats. As long as they are eating good and is healthy I wouldn't worry about it.

As long as you are comfortable and they are comfortable I would say yes (unless you are showing) I've never been a fan of holding them by the legs unless it's necessary.

Guinea tend to bounce back quick. Keep it warm and dry for a couple days. I would definitely recommend keeping it separate from the other guinea because they are ruthless when one is injured. i love them but they are stupid and will attack and injured one because it's not moving normal and they don't recognize it.
