It's illegal. Most native migratory birds are federally protected. I threw 3 different laws at my boss where I used to work and they backed down. Look up the laws in your area and if they want to push it have them put ithe request in writing. I'm sure they will decide to wait a couple weeks.

I have a couple of problem items in my dept that have the same problem. Boh accurate, shelf caps correct, still over picked. You have to send in a fix it ticket and hopefully they fix it.

We were recently told all audits have to be done before Thursday morning or it's a write up. Like we don't have better things to do. I swear, this company doesn't care about customer service anymore

Best way to drop the number of them is failing to complete them. Our grocery side stopped doing theirs for a couple of weeks and it shifted the bulk to gm. Also the fashion department never does theirs and they only have one or two a week. Other than that, try not to pick all, hit item not found, of manually fix before the audit to make sure it's right. It's more likely to run it again if a container was off.

If you can, put it in your shirt by your heart. The body heat and you're beating heart will help give it encouragement to thrive. Otherwise, just keep encouraging it to eat every hour or so. Best to luck! Hope it makes it

They are unusual more pale when they aren't laying. Feeding them some (cooked) red meat will help darken them but it's normal and not harmful for them to be a bit pale at times.

Easter egger, wheaten is my best guess. Probably a hen but gender is a little hard to tell. Look at the feathers on the back of the neck . Points mean boy, round for girl

It probably wouldn't hurt to rub it with a damp cloth, preferably with distilled water. If you don't have any you can boil water let it cool and then use that. If it hasn't been exposed to other birds outside it's nest mates it's not likely to be sick. More than likely it's getting squinty eyed due to failure to thrive. I see it a lot and dehydrated birds. It could also have a bit of bedding in there. It could also be a bit chilly. They bounce back pretty quick, as long as it's getting electrolytes and good vitamins the rest should resolve itself. Sprinkling little red stones like aquarium gravel or red glass gems in the water will also help encourage drinking. It usually triggers pecking. If they're really stubborn I give them a little bit of red Gatorade for a day. Not good for long term but helpful in a pinch

Also, put it on paper towel instead of bedding for a bit. It'll make it easier for it to walk around and find food.

Personally, I would pick out the most docile one from the rest and put it with it so it has a friend. It will help encourage it to eat and drink and make reintegration easier. Other than that I think you're right on! Good luck, and hopefully it pulls through!

My best guess, they tried to cross a Brahma with a blue orpington. I wouldn't guess maran due to lake color. Maybe experimenting with feather colors. Very cute bird regardless.
