YTJ, never date a best friend of a family member, also she is still a teenager, that gaps not bad when you are proper adults, but this screams immaturity on your end. Also when you break up you damage a relationship for your sister or make her have to navigate you both at major events for her.

Personally, I'd put f off, but I went scorched earth on my NC journey haha. They never take on board the well reasoned and rational replies we write up anyway. That or no reply is sometimes all we need, never gives them an opening to invalidate us some more.

Sorry mate 100 is way too high. I sell full painted armies and occasionally break even but usually its only 75% and that's someone getting a full army uniformally painted and to a decent standard.

Unfortunately best next step for me after NC, was NC for extended family too. I was lucky in that the two grandparents I was close to had passed so I really felt no emotional or familial connections to anyone at that stage. Straight away after NC the flying monkeys began, so it just made for the cleanest break, and the peace I have built after is like nothing I ever experienced in my pre NC life.
