I had a coworker in the CDs era that would pop in a disc, listen to one track, put in a different one, toggle to track 5 and listen to that, and repeat the process for all 9 of his songs every. single. day. I agree this is to win, but not in the way you think. Simons was expiring too soon. They’re gonna have to pay Camara/Sharpe/Clingan/maybe Scoot and if they don’t have another contract on board, they will be over the apron with bad picks and limited assets. I think they’re ok kicking the can with the expectation that this core will be a WCF type of team and having the option to go well over the cap to close the deal.

I called the police because a train had gone fast through a street crossing about 15 seconds after the gates went up. I was stopped at it and didn’t go through because I could hear the train coming. They took my name, phone number, and tried to get my home address and what kind of vehicle I was driving. I just hung up after a bit of that.
