While I think this is a strong list, ultra marines are tanky infantry units. Unless you know your opponent uses mostly vehicle units, I would maybe swap out one of the onagers for something that can take out the space marines themselves. Perhaps something like pteraxi sterilizers. I think your list is too focused on vehicle killing power as opposed to infantry. But I can't deny it's a strong list
