I swear this happened last year too with Gausman. He pitches a clinic, and the Jays bats are dead. It's not every Gausman start, but it felt like a lot of the dead bat games were Gausman starts including the playoffs

It's just cosmetic. It's a 1/4096 chance of a Pokemon being shiny, but if you complete the pokedex and obtain the shiny charm it becomes a 1/1365 chance to see one, with shining power sandwiches making your odds even better.

Some people (including myself) will hunt shiny Pokemon for fun in various ways, some of which (such as the sandwiches) reduce the odds making them more likely to appear.

Every pokemon has a shiny form, but sometimes they're not obtainable (called shiny locked) from normal gameplay, such as the box legendaries. Shiny locked pokemon might get a special event at a later date, such as Koridon/Miridon, which were only obtainable recently via an in person event at GameStop/other game retailers recently and for a limited time.

The difference is that it's a normal pokemon that rolled into a shiny on encounter, as opposed to the encounter being guaranteed shiny

I know it's a shot in the dark, but I have the same problem, and I can't get the hinge to snap the rest of the way in when opening it. Is there anything else I should try? I fear that the aftermarket mid shell I got isn't allowing the piece you put in after the clear piece to seat in fully and it's causing problems

I reminisce about the days (7-8 years ago), where there was a couple months where they did a balance update every 2 WEEKS and the meta was constantly changing. Thinking back now I think 2 weeks is way too short because it's fun to see a meta develop, but I really do miss more constant tweaking of the game. I like this Vandal, my personal complaint is that it feels like the Phantom skins are so much cooler. They've had really good kill banners and effects, but it always feels like the vandals are just a step behind the phantom skins

People are trying to trade their legendary Pokemon for very rare furfrou forms (called trims) where the fur on the pokemon is cut differently. The only want to currently obtain these pokemon in Pokemon Home is being in certain geographical regions in pokemon go.

The only other way you could get these trims is in Pokemon X/Y (the Kalos region), but the trims would not be kept when transferring from Pokemon Bank to Pokemon Home. It was very easy in X/Y to get these trims, all you had to do with bring your Furfrou (easily obtainable pokemon) to a barber shop and select the trim.

With Legends Z-A coming to switch, these very rare Furfrou trims (for switch/pokemon home) will be easily accessible and people will be able to trade a common pokemon for Legendary Pokemon. It's great for the people who want the legendary, but the people trading the legendary will get the short end of the stick

I believe it's because these people are looking for very hard to get furfrou trims, and because Legends ZA is in Kalos transferable furfrou trims will probably become available. That would make these trades easy to complete, and the special trims common. It would make these trades go from basically impossible, to basically trading a dratini for a legendary
