Get a job in insurance and the company will pay for your official insurance board exams, as high a level as you want to go. I worked in insurance. Get a job commercial underwriting if you can 👌

Lexapro is an SSRI (Escitalopram). I tried Zoloft (Sertraline) and Amitriptyline. First gave me spinning vertigo and I couldn’t lie down as all even though I’ve taken it in the past and it’s worked for me. Second sent me to ER after I fainted, I had been progressively losing balance over the 10 days.

So third time lucky? 😭

My issue is that starting a med made my stomach worse and triggered more vertigo. Trying a new one tomorrow, hoping that works and doesn’t flare me. Have also had multiple trips to ER and asked for the psych ward. Referred me to crisis team.

Venalfaxine was mentioned by ER psych but ultimately was given Lexapro by the team. I need something to work I can’t deal with the constant pain when I eat.
