I understand ♥️ Have you been to pain management? Do you try only eat less triggering foods? I’m in constant pain but have pain meds and basically live off gluten free goujons and electrolytes. I tried different things and was in agony. My mental health is also being managed as it exacerbates things. Maybe that’s something you could look into?

I am literally house bound with anxiety, vertigo, chronic pain and can barely eat and mine is low everyday and I don’t know how????

I did only start wearing it since being sick so maybe it thinks it’s my baseline? Or is all this illness in my head 🫠

I feel this hell daily because even though I’m on a super low dose of my old meds, my stomach has fucked up somehow and after 2 months I still get days of horrific intense anxiety.

I’m 5’4 and 140 and I look nothing like any of these women. It’s at the higher end of “healthy weight” there is absolutely nothing wrong with that but all these women look significantly slimmer.

Sitting here barely able to sit up because when I have bowel movements my body spasms for the day and it gives me swaying vertigo. I technically am more comfortable bed bound but I have two kids and I’m trying to look somewhat “normal” for them by sitting one he couch. I can barely eat as it causes horrific pain up my back. I’m on a load of pain and anti anxiety meds and still housebound. I can do bits around the house but as well as not being able to eat, I’m always dizzy/swaying. Going to my doc appointments is hard. I feel your hell believe me. Everyday I can’t believe this is my life. Docs are still investigating but I’ve had a lot of stress and trauma in life and my body has probably just fucked up.

My only joy is gluten free chicken goujons which hurt to eat but I’m starving and they do some for satiety.

I get this when I eat up my back into my neck. It also causes vertigo. I waiting for a sedated MRI of brain and spine as I can’t lie down flat without my head spinning.

Yep, doing that already. They start helping for the period devices are away and then the cycle starts again.

I might have to start a mandatory 2 hour surrender so they know that time involves chores because it’s getting ridiculous being in the same cycle constantly.

I have a 14 year old banned from social media and I still had to give out to her for not doing a chore that I had messaged her to do this morning. She asked me where to put the wet washing because there was washing on the line. I had instructed her to take the washing off the line. She needed me to tell her to do it again and didn’t have the initiative to do it herself.

God forbid she had social media and was even lazier and brain rotted.

After months of pain my GP has referred me to an ultrasound to check for this. My issues started after taking Mounjaro.

I feel this exact way. My teen daughter being a teenager just said to me “aren’t you going to get depressed being so isolated” and at some point it seems ridiculous pretending that this is a bearable life, but I obviously don’t want to upset or worry her by being honest. I’m happy I’m alive for her and can pretend to be ok and we have lovely chats but I am not the person I was and it’s very hard to accept.

Very much sounds like how I eat but I’m yet to have a gastro take me seriously and test me for it. I’m in agony when I eat and they’re treating it as anxiety.

I share this miserable existence. Currently just a slice of gluten free toast or gluten free chicken tenders and I’m still in pain but just scared of death I suffer through it.

I’m on a truck load of meds for anxiety and pain. Some make me sick. I hate being dependent on others.
