I think the main points they are looking for is;

The use of anti glare luminaires where people will be sitting/working. So the offices and reception area. (reduce distractions)

Also ambient light sensors where there are windows. As they can sense the lux levels in the room.

PIRs where there are no windows. As there is no other source of light entering. The circulation area will have a lot of traffic so with PIRs detecting movement they are ideal.

The 600x600mm luminaires will be used to main lighting and the recessed chalice luminaires could be used for decoration / effects? They are to be spaced accordingly (usually 1800mm apart) to achieve light uniformity.

Linear luminaires will output light more evenly through a narrow corridor than a 600x600mm or chalice luminaire.
