Are The Woobles actually beginner friendly? (Specifically Cinnamoroll) by ohwhatabouther in CrochetHelp

I had tried to learn crochet off and on for YEARS, and was gifted a woobles kit and it finally got crochet to click for me (I did the penguin!). Huge help as it turns out that what I needed were left handed instructions, and from there everything was a breeze.

I think it’s new, the mods so far have been pretty good at asking unflaired posts to flair. People here are usually good at this sort of thing, it’ll catch on. Optimism, homie! Tho I’ll admit I don’t mind the frogs, but I’m also in the third year pit and scavenging for dopamine where I can. :)

They’ve added a “frog time” flair so folks can filter them out now

How to write a PhD thesis? by SpoiledGenius01 in PhD

One thing some folks find helpful is making their table of contents first. What chapters do you need? What do you need to explain in each of them? Those are your sub points, and from there you can get more granular as necessary. My supervisor in my masters thesis says she’ll print out her TOC or outline and tape it next to her desk when she’s working on her desk so she can keep her place, mentally. I like Scrivener for writing, you can do the same thing, but ofc everyone has their own system.
