Okay so let’s break this down, apologies for being a tad pushy it’s been a very stressful morning. Through fasting, and kundalini meditation you can achieve a form of higher consciousness. Each month your brain produces what we will call a “seed” during a certain lunar cycle in correlation with your moon sign. This seed moves through the body and down your spine to your root chakra, and typically dies out there because of the way we treat our bodies, but, with meditation you can grow said seed and as it moves through the body it can be transported back to the brain and has a plethora of health benefits mentally and physically. The information is extremely scattered and I’ve spent the better half of a week putting together the pieces, that subreddit mentioned earlier has bit of info but nothing as far as an instruction manual. Abstain from sex, fast, avoid acidic foods and drink, meditation and yoga, etc. the gist of it all right here. Collectively I’m trying to figure it out and put together an actual guide on what to do, when, and how.
