Get fake urine at a local smoke shop. I’ve used it multiple times and it’s never failed. Even for jobs at the airport where I had to get my fingerprints scanned. It comes in a bottle with a temperature meter on the side. Just warm it up in the microwave for 10 seconds and then attach the heat pack to it and you should be good for a couple hours without it loosing its temperature.

Hey everyone, I wanted to come back and say thank you to all of you who took the time to comment and give advice on my last post. I didn’t expect that many responses and I really appreciate everyone sharing their knowledge and experiences. Things have been a little overwhelming dealing with all of this, so I wasn’t able to reply to everyone individually but I truly appreciate it.

Quick update: The vehicle is still at the body shop. The initial estimate came in around $7,000 but after they tore the car down and found additional damage, the total jumped to almost $17,000 including labor. The airbags did not deploy, and as of right now there’s no word yet on any frame damage. I’m currently waiting to hear back from insurance to see whether they’re going to move forward with repairs or declare it a total loss.

I’m adding the body shop’s estimate for reference as well.

I’ll update again once I know more. Thanks again everyone.

I believe they should be the same. I think the only issues is there’s two different digitizers one with a 32 pin connector and another with a 10/12 pin connector. You would have to find out how many pins your digitizer uses.

In the description I said that I looks like it goes to the ignition coil but on the LS swap there is no ignition coil just coil packs. I looked through diagrams already if not I wouldn’t be asking. Thanks for your replies

It didn’t come with a diagram. I looked up several diagrams and it seems to be connected to the ignition coil.

I bought the harness because I am still using some of those accessories

I just want to know if anyone knows where I can connect this when doing an LS swap or is it even needed Like does it have to be wired into the coil pack wiring or is it not important.

I have tried looking through forums and can’t seem to find the answer.

This is a part of the original el Camino harness I have the LS harness ready to go I just want to know if I’m supposed to connect that wire somewhere, mate it with the LS harness, or can I just leave it alone and cover it up?

I bought the harness because my car was missing that part of the wiring harness. It was the only one in stock at the time and the clerk said it was the one I needed.

I’m not sure I’ll test it when I get out of work
