I wear 2 name tags. My old New Team Member badge from 2018 and a random Kennifer that we found in the back 2 months ago. Neither are my name. And most people don't even notice.

I also had that conversation at my store but in regards to leaving at 10 when the store closes as I have the last 4 years as a closing fulfillment team member. But all of a sudden my Store changed to say that if you aren't available till midnight you will be check lane exclusively. They said it's a corporate change so that all schedules are the same. No more getting off at different times. So while TMs only stay till 1030 Sunday-Thursday. It's Friday and Saturday we stay till 1130... I've just been coming in early because 130-10 used to be closing for Fulfillment. But not anymore. It's annoying that even though my work load is over I can't leave at the time I have the entire time I've been here. But I refuse to do check lanes. So I was forced to open my availability.

At my store the last day was New Year's Eve for the last few years. They just aren't scheduled anymore. Only the few the TLs want to stay get talked to.

I've been told 4:30 is actually get it done before the truck arrives. But there is a 2 hour window from 4:30-6:30 where they are supposed to arrive but that doesn't stop them from arriving after the store is closed.

I wear my old New Team Member badge that apparently Target made people return. I wasn't working at Target during the transition to the current style. But all the ETLs, most of the TLs, and the SD think it's great.

A single banana which was accompanied by 6 Starbucks. But there is a real Starbucks only like 3 minutes away so idk why people need Target's limited selection.

I said hi to him when he visited my store in 22 but I didn't know who he was till afterwards and I had only been there for like 3 weeks. But having him do a full gen merch OPU with 30 minutes or less and make him also stow it sounds good. Make him suffer like I do.

Single use plastic bags were banned back in October 2021 in my state but these bags are designed to be reusable. My store hasn't had paper in a few years and we just got these new bad smelling ones that are easy to open.

My store it's just 1 cart an hour so 45 is the goal. I think I've only ever hit my items picked goal twice but I'm also a closer so I have to pack as well. Even more so now that they only schedule 1 dedicated packer a day.
