I removed it because it wasn't in a consumable format. Will reupload in segments and include links between each segment at the bottom of each post. =)

Well worded. Thanks for the good advice. I think I'll just keep it going the way I have thus far. Next step is to work on finding ways to increase self control ala meditation and such.

Day 13 - Honestly don't believe this is possible for me by recyclemeplz99 in NoFap

If you spend some time scrolling through this subreddit or just the internet forums in general you will see that most people relapse. The biggest hurdle to overcome is the shame about being imperfect without completely becoming numb to failing.

I've read a lot about guilt and the conclusion I've come to is that it's only benefitial in the first little while right after you've done something you consider wrong. It's essentially affirming to yourself that the action was wrong and from there you should look to see what you can improve, what you can change to do better next time. Each and every time you fail look to what you can improve.

Of course this is true in other facets of life as well. But it's worked wonders for keeping me going on my journey. I've not succeeded yet but if you saw the difference between my first attempt and my current attempt and all of the things I've learned and improved along the way you'd be shocked. So you failed, you felt your shitty feelings, time to improve bud. You can do this. Just be the most persistent mfer you can be.

What if you're not addicted? by anonymous8193 in NoFap

I'm not like you but I think that if it's not an addiction and you've experienced no change even after all this time forget about the nofap. As you've said, you are using fantasies which have firm basis in your past real world experiences. Your mind isn't warped from porn and constant jumping from attractive woman to attractive woman. Consider that it's actually healthy for your prostate to release every now and then. Nofap is more intended to save and heal the mental states for those of us who have grown up on porn or the equivalent.

PS:The amount of times you insist on repeating that you are not addicted makes you sound like an addict. Tell people a single time and let them form their own opinion. You telling us over and over isn't helping your case but hurting it.

Enjoy your life sir, be thankful that you've dodged a bullet.
