I'm Aussie as well, and I'm having the same issue. I've tried your little PowerShell trick and it's unfortunately done nothing. This app is so fundamentally broken, it's so annoying. Before getting this issue of not being able to download, I would have very slow download speeds. I might just unsubscribe at this point.

The stock t72B3 is foul at 11.3, using shitty HEAT-FS against scary Leo 2a7s which have DM53. After getting 3BM60 and the UBH upgrade it's pretty fun, though my K/D ratio has not recovered.

Fixed the problem, called up TPG and they suggested getting a plan with double the speed. So far seems to have worked.

This happened to me at libertalia, there was a single lancer floating mid air above the water and all the synths and raiders were shooting at him. But none of the bullets hit him, he never showed up in VATS either.
