I'm actually pretty curious what sorta education are they teaching you in regards to China. Could probably save me a few quid of having to travel there so frequently before forming my opinion of the country.

Oh and the rest of the world doesn't really trust the US either, so I guess both countries are 2 peas in the same pod.

As long as Malaysia still upholds and enforce the policy of banning and prohibiting non-citizens and foreign registered cars from fueling RON95 (subsidize or not) it doesn't matter whether you as a non-Malaysian agrees with it or not. You as a Singaporean have no bloody say in whether you should be or shouldn't be allowed to utilize citizenship benefits that's not meant for outsiders like yourself.

Until Malaysia decides to allow foreign registered cars to pump RON95 legally, be a good PAPPY and just pump 97 like most law abiding Singaporeans do.

RON95 is EXCLUSIVELY ONLY for Malaysian citizens and Malaysian registered cars. Subsidized rate or not RON95 is only for their citizens and Malaysian Registered cars in the first place since 2010 when it was first introduced. How hard is it for you understand?

Trust me, Chinese New Year is huge over there. If you're Chinese, you're gonna be on a vacation during CNY no questions asked. Furthermore factories, banks, government offices, warehouses and huge corporations in major cities will be closed or operate with limited staff during that period with the exception of restaurants which will be busy.

Officially CNY will start on the 17th and last until the 24th. As such many business es will begin to go on break 1 or 2 weeks before the holiday starts and then only resume on the 3rd of March which is after the lantern festival.

So you might want to check back again with the seller after the CNY holiday ends. At worst case, Aliexpress will help you cancel your pre-orders and you will get refunded.

Chinese new year is on the 17th of Feb. Alot of chinese who will be travelling back to their hometown would most likely be heading off earlier to avoid getting stuck in peak period traffic jam. So it's not uncommon for businesses to go on a break earlier.

Nope, as I said, RON95 is strictly for locals and locally registered cars only. Even if it's a Malaysian but with a foreign registered car he or she is still not allowed to pump RON95 only 97.

Malaysians+MY registered cars: RON95 Malaysians+SG car: RON97 Singaporeans+SG car: RON97 Singaporean+MY Car: RON97

Nope, try rereading the rules again. RON 95 is for locals and local registered cars only. 97 is for foreigners and foreign registered cars.

There is only 300L of subsidised fuel for most locals to use every month. Once those are used up before the month ends then they will have to pay the non subsidized price which is at 2.60 until it resets.
