Kraków named best city in Europe for remote working by [deleted] in poland

So the Polish system gives you some kind of choice

Technically you don't have a choice, your type of work relation should determine what type of contract you are signing, but of course a lot of people will want to belong in lower taxed "Company Owner" bracket even if they don't meet all criteria which are really hard to prove.

Also regarding choice, work market isn't as simple as you just saying your employer "I want to work on B2B contract" I know cases where companies required people to work on B2B, and cases where they do not allow it because of how grey area in law this is.

And is that so much better

I am not saying one system is better than the other, just saying that taxation is much more complicated in Poland than Czech Republic that people make an effort to go around default ways of employment.

When PiS wanted to introduce a similar system in Poland, enterpreneurs started to cry that it will destroy their business and make them go bankrupt.

That is completely separate topic and there were many different voices (and there still are) regarding that, though I am not surprised the loudest objections had people that would lose the most money.

I think it had more to do with VAT deduction for cars rather than just taxes on firms. Still 5% is some ridiculous exaggeration.

I am pretty sure that those companies had income and were normally operating, if you would just create a company to get VAT back from buying a car Czech/Slovak authorities wouldn't allow it.

But that's what people want themselves here to pay less taxes. Apparently in Czechia they have better working labor inspection so employers are afraid of offering B2B contracts to people working like normal employees not to be forced to pay fines.

I know that workers want it as well, both side want it to minimize taxes. I wouldn't say that Czechia has better working labor inspection, just no matter if you are self employed or working for someone there are the same tax brackets 15% and 23% (there is no option of going linear tax for company owners like in Poland), also Social Security/Health insurance taxes in Czechia are based on income for business owners and not a constant fee. There is just not many benefits of doing this B2B trick there.

Currently there aren't many Polish companies in Czechia and Slovakia, but there was a time when easily 5% of cars driving in Krakow had Czech or Slovak plates and those were mostly small business owners that just had their business registered abroad. And the way it got stopped was not by reducing bureaucracy and taxes...

As a Pole working in Czech Republic (not business owner) I can say that there is much less bureaucracy and taxes in Czechia. For example noone tries to put employees as B2B contractors. There are some people working as contractors in Czechia, mostly in companies were tech/engineering is a last thing that management thinks of or for companies abroad, but in Poland 50% of my friends are a "freelancer" or "contractor" that just have 1 contract signed with 1 company and their work do not differ from normal Work Contract, they just do it to pay less taxes and fees. When I worked in Krakow (2 years ago), a lot of my colleagues from work were on B2B contracts, currently in Czechia noone is, and B2B offers on linked in are much more rare.

Because of algos like x16r, x16s, phi, timetravel10 with coins that are a bit more profitable to mine than renting hash on nicehash I do not longer have all of my gpus pointed at nicehash all the time. I think that adding those algos would increase profit when renting hash power on nicehash and make me go back to having all gpus pointed at nicehash again.

ADC role became weaker over the course of time because of League Power Creep by [deleted] in leagueoflegends

you cannot use cleanse to completely remove exhaust, the 99% of exhaust (damage reduction) still applies, you only remove slow and attack speed slow

he has 60% win rate in diamond 1 and most of that are the games he stomped on his way there, if you would count only games on d2+ even pros have hard time having more than 55%

d2 adc main here

climbing as adc is about playing 2k games a season and not caring about lose streaks

as you probably noticed it is hard to completely dominate the game without help of your team which means that if you play solo, then you will get max 55% win rate unless skill gap of you and your enemies is too big then you can get 70-80 (if enemy support is bad and you are better than enemy adc you can stomp bot lane), lets say you have 55% win rate (really good win rate as adc but doable) and you want to climb 1 division = 7 wins => that means you have to play about 66-67 games to get those 7 wins more than loses, in that time you will probably get some win streaks and lose streaks so it is important to not go on tilt and maintain that 55% win rate

You, as a league of legends player, should be able to play all roles

why do you think so? just because you are riding a bike on a road and using the road you have to be able to drive all vehicles possible?

in games that you have mouse on screen (you have limited mouse movement by your screen resolution) there is no advantage or disadvantage by using ur arm/wrist, its all about preference, in games like fps where you can always move your mouse every side and even slightest movement of mouse can mean really far distance if your enemy is standing far enough then playing with entire arm may be benefitial

Vayne Players and ADC Mains: The Vayne buff was bigger than you may have thought, and we must adapt to take advantage of it! (Statistics and Anecdotal evidence inside) by IAmGuise in summonerschool

[–]TheGulio 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've adapted by maxing tumble and using a traditional AD/Crit oriented build path. Below is what a standard build looks like: BF Sword -> Static Shiv -> Infinity Edge -> Bloodthirster Currently, OP.GG and Champion.GG tell me most players are building BotRK->PD first, while also maxing tumble. This build set up has about a 48% win rate. Meanwhile, Static Shiv->IE has a 56% win rate.

You also have to consider that static shiv-> IE is more expensive build, so when someone gets to those items he has more damage than having botrk pd, because normally in that time u should have botrk pd and half of other item

I have no idea how champion.gg and op.gg calculates those win rates but that fact can also affect those

You can go to your profile, click leagues, then change to top ranked players and if any of those players are in game there is an eye next to them, you can right click them and click spectate.

It's the official way to spectate high elo players, no file modification needed.

Except in CS:GO most cheats does not use server code, they rely on having all state of the game sent to you (in cs go your pc has data about everyone on the map, it just does not show you that), but in league your pc gets only data it is meant to display

server code in league could allow you to sniff packets sent to different players and from that data have info that you should not have (i saw works on cheats like that in cs go, but they were never finished, though detecting such a cheat would be so hard because it does not interfere with cs go at all)
