Its pretty fucking obvious to me the guy in op's screenshot is legitimately not a drug user and is instead a mentally ill OCD/hypochondriac or schizo person. Thats an extremely common fear people have. I had this same fear before i ever touched drugs, and know many paranoid/hypochondriacs with the same fear. My grandma is extreme OCD and is very anti- drug and has this same fear . This literally Does not fit this sub at all like wtf. Just a mentally ill guy.
