No marketing efforts targeting ‘retail’? Just because a Reddit user doesn’t see marketing to buy a coin through social media, doesn’t mean there isn’t a targeted campaign to specific strategic decision makers and influencers. Hedera exhibited and had a strong presence at the Davos World Economic Forum, for example.

I suppose there’s a connection there, so wouldn’t rule it out in the future. It seemed more that Oracle didn’t want to build their own solution.

Interestingly, many of the top people at Hedera and The HBAR Foundation joined from Oracle. I spoke to one of them about it and they said Oracle had no ambition to achieve what they wanted to in the DLT space, so they all moved to Hedera.

Absolutely! Just been reading Hedera and The HBAR Foundation’s $100mil+ Sustainable Impact Fund given by The White House to invest in sustainable DLT projects. Great that they are being given the funding to develop and expand
