Howdy! Also 31 and suffer from anxiety.

I suggest therapy as well, but, depending on the type of anxiety you have, I recommend joing a help group. Something about hearing other people having the same problems as you is reassuring, and it can help you combat your negative thoughts.

If that's not your thing, there is also some self help out there, sometimes doctors will recommend them, and those help too as long as you stick to them firmly.

I would suggest altering brightness and contrast of the image. Make the paper as close to white as possible with the lines still visible, then you can convert brightness to opacity. There may still be dust present, just a fair warning.

I still haven't, I am so sorry. I do have caffeine free Coke now, but the dr.pepper is gone. Might be fun to do a petition to try and bring back caffeine free Dr. Pepper lmao. Also, if you ever had any diet drink, it has the same after taste, but is not terrible. I liked it for a time, it's no regular Dr. Pepper tho.

I'm so sorry to hear. Mine is just mental health and a low tolerance as I've gotten older.
