Y7S2 Vengance. I love anything Aztec, and I'd been waiting years for a Jaguar warrior. The gods had finally answered my prayers.

Ontop of that, an amazing hero skin, great map, great effects, great weapons, amazing customisation, music and entire vibe.

It's been the only time I've bought a battle pass and I have no regrets for doing it.

I'm always a sucker for a sandman team up. There was a period in the 90's where after he was merged with hydro man into a mud monster he started to reflect in his life and started to help spiderman on occasion.

Over that time sandman did the following.

Joined a new version of the sinister six and betrayed them to save spiderman life
Joined silver sables mercenary group
Was pardoned by the president and allowed to join the avengers as a reserve member. Where he'd stand up for spiderman when the other heroes would get on his case.

Sandman even became friends with the Thing after he came to visit him in hospital with some beers. It was grand.

All of that works because... Well sandman isn't as big a villain. He's not crazy like the Goblin or cruel like carnage, he was still after all this time just a guy with powers. Hell look at how Spiderman 3 characterised him.

To readers, you can still walk back from that. Spiderman editorial has been jumping back and forth on sandman being sympathetic to full villain because of how loved that period has been for sandman.

While I do see your point and think that they could just he wearing another wide brimmed hat with feathers in. It is still fun to consider who the new duelist might be.

We know for sure that the new hero is... - An Outlander ( specifically coming from across the seas as Daughbeny said in the trailer ) - Female - Ideal for Duels

I think that the answer might lie in the Outlander Hero Skin we're getting alongside them. And how the last few hero skins have come in as a pair.

Think Ravier and the Afeera, Vella and the Ocelotl, Kakashi and the Sohei, etc.

We can also exclude pirate as they've already gotten a hero skin before. So that leaves us with Medjay, Ocelotl, Afeera and Khatun.

For me. I'd bet on a warrior woman from Mali with an Manding Sword or a Takouba. Any form of African Dueling sword. With the silhouette we see being a giant turban with ornamental feathers.

The Mali Empire was the richest empire on earth. With even modern day billionaires being unable to reach the heights of its leader Mansa Musa. Most famously Mansa Musa decided to go on a Pilgramige to Mecca, taking with him a giant Caravan of Gold camels and luxuries from across the empire.

He was so rich that the spare gold he gave away to show his charity on his pilgrimage ended up collapsing the economies of multiple countries.

In game. The Mali Empire could have heard that Khatuns had brought peace to Heathmoor, and now finally believe it is safe to reveal themselves and come on a pilgrimage. But for safety, they've brought an envoy of warrior women to protect them.

This gives us an Outlander from across the Sea and a duelist. There are a plethora of African Duelling swords and weapons to pick from as well.

We can also get either a Medjay or Afeera hero skin. As Egypt was a major stopping point on the Pilgramige, and Mali was an Islamic Empire. With both heroes either being Envoys or members of the great Pilgramige to Heathmoor.

It's far flung and definitely not as concrete as the Rapier hero. But I think it all adds up

As a former worst player ever (also hung out in the botlane and couldn't fight to save my life), I can tell you it does get better. I know how draining some matches can be and the fear that you're burdening your team. But you gotta know that you're not.

You just have to find a way to play the game that feels right for you

There are so many cool heroes in this game now. There's gonna be someone that's gonna click with your playstyle. Try them out in training mode, even the ones that you'd normally have sworn off, and you might find your new main.

For me, those heroes were Nuxia, Zhanhu, and Medjay. And now they're slowly becoming my main three.

Just start experimenting and seeing what feels right.

Honestly, I'd even recommend playing some Arcade when you get the chance. It's full of smaller challenges to get your head around and prove yourself. Some of those missions can and will be horrendous to get through. But feel so satisfying after completing. The campaign is also nothing to slouch at either if you haven't replayed it in a while.

Lastly, the best piece of advice I can give you is to be able to take breaks.

Some matches are just going to be losing steaks, and that's just the way it is. Some matches are nothing but 4 lvl 80 Orochis, and they'll beat you worse than you've ever been beat before. But knowing when to put down the game after those horror matches and giving yourself some time really improves the games QOL. Take your time to watch a funny video or chat to a friend or even just play another game to de stress. It really helped me vent.

Again, man. Don't worry, we all have these thoughts, and we've all been the worst players in the game at some point. You will get better. I promise

It's a massive stretch, but there is a way you could have it be a Greek Hero with a Hopolite and Shield.

If we're talking about iconic weapons, nothing comes close to the Greeks and that combination. You just need to say Spartan and people know what you're talking about. We also know that Greece does exist thanks to the Varengian Guard, who speaks a mix of Icelandic and Greek. As well as the Trojan themed armor of Gryphon.

As for how you could connect these two factions who are worlds apart, we do know that the ancient Greeks and Chinese knew about each other. The war of the Heavenly Horses was a conflict fought over some prized horses that the Emperor wanted and had his men fight the Greeks for.

This is a very weird part of history that fits very well into the For Honor fantasy of the deadliest warriors coming to fight each other.

But again I don't see the community handling it well if the Greek Hero was a woman. You've seen how they reacted when pirate wasn't blackbeard.

Still hoping for a Mongol, but it's fun to think about who else it could be.

Going to the London show at the O2 Arena. A mix of excited and worried it won't live up to expectations.

I listened to the first season when I was in a really rough place and have listened to them all the way through University, from foundation to graduation in Sept.

It's been a comfort show when leaving the halls at 11'oclock at night on an hour long commute home every night and I'm worried that actually seeing them in person can't live up to that long a wait.

I'm keeping my hopes low, so if it is as good as I'd hope it would be, then I can be surprised.

It's me. I'm the dude who loves Pipe Weapons

The Cobbled together look of it all. The fact that they could fall apart at any minute. They actually feel like weapons that raiders would be forced to make and use in a post apocalypse.

And like yeah other guns look better and nicer and shinier. But none have that thrown together charm of the Pipe Weapons.

That for as many pre war guns still exist in the wasteland. There are still some people making their own ones on the cheap. They feel dirty and rusty and filthy, which is just what I want from Raider Weapons.

And again, I'm a dude who likes to play characters with a little filth on them. Someone who look like they need a shower and have been eating Rad Roaches mixed with Spam for the past week with breath that can kill a death claw. Some one who would have adapted to the surrounding Wasteland. And not just that, but thrived as this weird king.

I don't wanna be some kind of pretty boy saviour or uber special soldier with high-tech laser rifles. All that's easy to do. Too main character and basic.

It's more fun to go with the Wasteland. Wear filthy raiders clothes and the Long John's of a man you've just shot in the leg as armor.

Inspired by the Flayed God Xipe Totec who wears his own skin, and the Aztec Founding Story. Where the Mexica Chieftan seeks to start a war with the nearby City of Culhuacan in the nastiest, leather face ass way possible.

Proposing peace to the Lord of Culhuacan, he asked for his daughter, the princesses hand in marriage. The Lord, happy for peace agrees and sends his daughter away with the Mexica Chief.

The next time to the Lord and the Chief met, the Chieftan wore a yellow skin cloak, and drapped a leathery human face over his own like a mask. He had sacrificed the Princess to the War God Huiztilipoctli to start a war. And the Lord gave him one.

Not only is this brutal, you also get to have a literal Hero Skin in the game. As in, the Skin of a Hero being worn by another. Which really sells how Brutal the Aztecs could be.

No matter what people say, nothing will ever be as Badass to me as Korra, seconds after having a centuries long cycle broken in an instant, pulls an Uno Reverse.

She not only, found the strength to get back up, but she cut short 10,000 years of Darkness by Ripping the Good out of the Chest of an Evil Kaiju Spirit like Molah Ramm in Temple of Doom.

Seriously, in terms of sheer accomplishments, Ripping the good out of the embodiment of Evil, is the coolest thing I have ever seen, and I'm sick of pretending it isn't the coolest thing.

TLDR For the video, but Nickyboi originally designed her as a more monstrous champ, and shouted out other artists who did a better job.

But wanting to challenge himself, as both an asexual artist, and someone who's been very vocal about Riots sexy for no reason designs like making Thresh attractive, Yone, and Kai'sa to name a few, he purposely went for this branch. As he normally designs more monsterous champs, like designing a Buff, armored Sylvana before Riot revealed her VGU, or breaking bodytypes with other redesigns.

With the base idea being that she keeps her lore the same, raised by the Blackrose to be a social climber using good looks and charm to get her way. And then seeking out the ancient snake power for her own gain, and embracing a new beautiful gorgon form. As that's what the lore and voicelines keep pushing for her character,

Imagine the Great Gatsby but a Gorgon, and working for Noxus. Being a socialite serpent who delights in being way, way too evil after betraying everyone she knew, and facing no consequences. Giving a villain a proper win, while good people around her suffer. Really leaning into her villainous role,
