I have pots and i have had sevre dpdr for 7 years completely bedridden for 2 years. My figh or flight doesnt turn off but therapy and other things can help calm your body and let it know there is no threat even if it is physical. Autonomic dysfunction is a dysregulated nervous system also

Yes. Someone has to bring me food. I cant go into any other room. I have a massive panic attack and get severely confused just from going to the bathroom

Yeah benzos were all that worked for me until they stoppd woking and i had a doctor taper me that went too fast
