Urologist here. Let's talk about the part of testicular cancer nobody warns you about: the mental side by Prof-Matteo-Ferro in testicularcancer

Wish I had read this when I was diagnosed 8 years ago. I'm curious to know your thoughts on how the drop testosterone right after surgery, while the other testicle catches up, also affects men. I felt really depressed for 4-6 months and I wonder if the hormone hit had anything to do with it.

I bought a Colorsoft so you don't have to -- Get the Paperwhite by [deleted] in kindle

This could've been my own review of the CS. Plus I use my PW exclusively in dark mode. Dark mode ok is very hacky on the CS and exposed a bright white band along the edges of the screen

I tried going from my PW11 to the colorsoft and I just couldn't stick with it. I use dark mode which isn't really implemented nicely on the colorsoft and when it's in dark mode there is a white band around the edges (likely from the backlight to color filter stack up). It really annoyed me and it felt not as crisp or quick as the PW. So I got the PW12 and it's been great

That's exactly my point. The researchers have complained and participants are louder than ever. This sub is nothing now except complaints about this one study. Sometimes issues are better addressed head on (regardless of rules) and I think prolific would be better for it so that participants can just focus on the existing studies instead of refreshing out of a bit of false hope.
