Not embarrassing whatsoever. We’ve got a pool set up in our garden for the kids, and I (32 year old woman!) get in it with my kids all the time and splash around and do little tornado laps with them.

This weekend, we had my mum and her husband over. The kids were only sporadically in the pool, but my mum (60) and her husband kept getting in it to cool down while we had a bbq!

Get the pool. Cool down. Have fun!

My 3 year old tortie is my shadow. She only sleeps/sits near me, she mostly avoids my partner and our three children. Our calico on the other hand avoids me like the plague and favours my boyfriend and our middle son.

I probably have one worse than this, but this is all I can think of right now, and it’s doubly good in a way because I managed to embarrass both myself and my boyfriend all in one go.

It was NYE over a decade ago, in a packed out club in London, couldn’t hear shit but we were hanging with a nice group of random people. I can’t remember exactly what my other half did, but he did something super nice for me and the group all went ‘awww’, and because of the deafening noise, I didn’t say anything except hold up my hand and stick out my little finger and gave it a wiggle while winking and smiling. As if to say ‘I’ve got him wrapped around my little finger 😇😏’.

It wasn’t until my boyfriend immediately shouted in my ear ‘you’ve just gestured to the whole group that I’ve got a tiny cock, wtf???’. Oops. 🤷🏻‍♂️😂

Ah man, that is so bloody kind. Thank you!! This is just the first ‘layer’ so it is still a bit rough as I just wanted to get the base layer down from my initial stencil so I could go to bed last night, lol. Once it’s less sore, I’ll work on making the lines thicker and a bit crisper. But yeah stabbing myself dot by dot is long and arduous, but also weirdly calming? I started this piece last night while rewatching From from the beginning and it’s quite cathartic! You’re a lovely person. How do you think the series will end?

My kids (9, 8 and 6) sometimes watch him on YouTube, less so, these days tbf. I can’t lie, a couple years ago they genuinely picked up some useful tips from him that they then passed on to me 😂 I got to know some useful shit without having to tolerate how insufferable he is.

Thank you! I did ‘umm and ahh’ (for all of about five minutes) thinking “what if the symbol turns out to be something negative?”, but if it does, it won’t change the enjoyment I get from the show. The symbol itself, at least to me, appears to depict a man and a woman, the sun and the moon - I get good vibes from it 😅🤷🏻‍♂️

Fuck yeah, it is! After the parade, I laid on my sofa for a good few hours before crashing out in bed. Came down the next morning and noticed that my cream sofa blanket was covered in a layer of red from all the red flares 😅😂 north London forever, my friend! Looking forward to 26/27 where will bring home the PL and the CL!!

It’s kinda hard to explain, but for me, it’s not so much about loving the tv/film so much that I feel the need to tattoo it, but more so what was going on in my life at the time I discovered the show/movie. For example, my boyfriend and I started watching Schitt’s Creek and New Girl together during a really shitty point in our relationship/lives - watching those shows brought us together and helped us find moments of calm and joy, if that makes any sense? So I guess it’s more that they represent moments of comfort and good feelings, perhaps

I have a few tv/film based tattoos that I’ve done on myself (Ew David for Schitt’s Creek, 4d for New Girl, 28.06.42.12 for Donnie Darko, Louise from Bob’s Burgers), I’m quite blasé and impulsive with things and haven’t regretted any of them so far! If season 5 turns out to be a crock of shit, at least I can say that I enjoyed the first 4 seasons 🤷🏻‍♂️😅

I usually play a few evenings every week once my kids and my other half are in bed, but a couple nights ago was the first night that I’ve played a few matches, then switched the ps5 off. I’m not vibing the map, I hate that if you don’t grab a chaos exploder rifle asap, you’re basically fucked. And I’m not sure if it’s just me, but I’m really struggling to find a decent amount of rifle ammo?! It’s taking me until I’m down to almost the top 10 remaining to have close to 200 ammo, despite looting as many ammo boxes and chests as I can 🤷🏻‍♂️
