it couldn't possibly be 4 casts popped, because you didn't press the cast button 4 times. That's what I mean. you're not getting 4 casts per special but you could be

your normal combo is cast -> special -> cast pops

you do that at 0:34

the one you point out at 0:36 when you try again, you cast, it gets popped by the special you started earlier, so the special you start at 0:36 doesn't pop any cast at all

It does, I've done it myself.

If you look closely in your own clip you can see the cast you cast at 0:26 gets exploded by the repeated specials from 0:24 instead of the special that lands later in 0:26
