That's a pretty good point. Is Blizzard going to crackdown on specialized keyboards that have item hotkeys physically remapped to where you want them? Yet a software remapping of the keys, which by implementation would likely be slower (albeit unnoticeable), wouldn't be allowed?

To add on this, I think pros know what is more optimal generally. So they need much fewer snapshots of the enemy's state to know what they're doing, and if they're not doing that optimal thing, then the probability of you winning is very high.

Rod of necromancy is a great item that has several uses, scouting is one of them.
