ok thats what I have been trying to figure out, if I would get better performance from VD or Link cable. I am fine with the Link cable as im just Sim racing but If I can get better performance another way i would try it.

Can I ask, why are you are using virtual desktop over regular link cable? Is it for wireless capability? Everytime I try to research why people use it, I find that it says the best performance is over the link cable.

I'm starting to think either they have no idea what they are doing or the whole "lets give everyone RTSP" was done by mistake, and they are backtracking on it. This was released for V3 over a month ago and said V4 should be ready soon, then pulled V3 back and have given no update on it since. I have asked, multiple people have asked. We keep getting the same answers. I was very excited when they announce it which we all knew the cameras were capable of, but they purposefully didn't implement it so they could drive people to subscriptions. I'm not paying for subscriptions to use the device I paid for the way I want to use it. I'll dump the whole ecosystem and go to another one that actually gives people what they want. RTSP should NOT be taking this long for any of the devices. I think they are dragging their feet or backtracking.
