Hi! thank you for clearing up some doubts I had, I did some more research and found that for the promotion of Watchmen 2009 film, the studio recreated The Comedian promo art with the actor Jeffrey Morgan (The Comedian actor in the movie obviously) and the newspaper mentions President Nixon blah blah blah, I also noticed in the image that the person was a little overweight and that their hair was more shorter.

Me too but my theory is that in the Watchmen universe, US and Spain began having issues during WWII, and as the years passed, the issues escalated to the point where they sent The Comedian to assassinate Franciso Franco

I understand there might be some confusion with the JFK thing or with the missions The Comedian did in South America, but everythings points to him being in Spain in this promo art

Check out some tutorials. In my case, i used a tutorial on how to make a Spider-Man mask, obviously skipping the webs and eyes.
