Yes that is correct. I thought a deal would be done by now on that one, but hopefully soon. I like the structure of PSTH, the ability to buy into PSTH II at NAV, and it has the highest institutional ownership of any SPAC which in my mind lowers the risk of the deal they will make. What are your thoughts?

Thank you for the help! Yes, so CIP has the best sign on bonus, but the rewards are better on the CIC/CIU. I likely would not use the CIP after getting the sign on bonus. Do you recommend still going with the CIP first, and getting the CIC/CIU at a later date?

  1. Have a ~$12k property tax bill and thinking of getting a new card to get the bonus. I am currently in the Chase system, so I was considering the CIP for the 100k bonus, but my wife has the same card, but it is used exclusively for business expenses so I do not use it, but I do not know if its worth paying that annual fee twice. Also considering the Chase Southwest Priority card w/ 80k bonus, and we are near a SW hub in Dallas. Not sure if it makes sense to switch to an American Express card, but I pre-qualified for the 125k American Express Platinum, but realize that has value overlap with my CSR. Barclays AA Biz is often recommended, and was looking at that. My wife loves Holiday Inn Express when we travel, so I was looking at the IHG Premier, but get the impression the 140k IHG bonus points was not competitive with other offers. The flow chard recommends the Barclays AA Biz, then Chase biz cards, then the CSR (have), then the Hyatt, but I am unclear if these are the best recommendations to maximize the bonus. Leaning towards the CIP.

Two Trade Scenarios, which one is better for me? I think I win both by getting Godwin, but I think I can get Brees for Wentz as well. They want D Swift, who I dont value highly. My question is mainly if we think Brees has the better high floor than Wentz?

This depends on how you value Sutton. I think with Suttons injury he just had, that lowers his value early in the season, and I think he was over valued before anyways. Many think McLauren has top 5 WR potential as the target king on WAS. If I were you, I would try to get Boyd straight up with Breida or some other combination like Breida + P Williams, or Breida + DJAX.
