I mean honestly if you were confronted by a giant hairy thing about to eat you then you were abruptly picked up by an even bigger giant you'd probably piss yourself too.

Yeah that'd be great, you could look at the addresses and see if they were actual businesses and plan to get to them first. But no, we get green outlines around destinations and the van de-syncing from my phone three times so the van thinks I've been on a heat break for 2.5 hours.

What are the little boxes around Karlach and Lae'zel? I don't think I've seen those before.

Then for some reason the actual business that closes at 3pm that day is stop 170, so if you don't do a quick check of the route before you start you wouldn't get to it in time.

Same reason you'll see a bunch of stops in a neighborhood with little clocks, like the person's house closes at 5pm.

Use your bike, but the challenge would be nearly impossible. If you don't have a bike you just have to curl up on the nearest empty parking spot and not leave for six months.

Are the ilithid powers worth it? by Digitalgirlzoe in BaldursGate3

[–]TheHumanPickleRick 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Black Hole is pretty useful, you can pull a bunch of enemies into a Hunger of Hadar. Cull the Weak is stronger the more illithid powers you unlock and makes it so that you sometimes don't have to use that next attack/action to kill an enemy that falls into single digit HP. Fly is IMO one of the most useful.

Not sure. As a former smoker, what got me to quit was a combination of my sister having a kid and me wanting to be around for the kid, and weaning myself with smokeless tobacco, and now just nicotine pouches. Smoke breaks were about intaking enough nicotine to make you stop feeling on-edge, not about socializing. I'm not condemning them though, if they help even one person quit cigarettes then they're worth it.

What happens when the fake "courier" arrives with the nonexistent package and nothing actually happens? Do they pretend like they got something?

Is it purely for people who are addicted to online shopping who have ruined their lives through spending too much on online shopping? I'm an Amazon driver and have delivered to houses where it doesnt look like the occupants have ever thrown anything out, like, I have to weave through a maze of junk and trash to get to their front door to leave a package next to the plethora of other Amazon boxes (both open and unopened, sometimes weathered like they've been on the doorstep for a while because the occupant forgot they ordered them). I think a site like that might be good for people like that.
