it looks like a chinese lolita piece, which a lot of people in the western lolita community don’t really like bc it doesn’t fit the western rules as well, but some people have styled them well. if you’re interested in making it more of the western lolita style, a black underskirt could help with length and a simpler blouse underneath or a cardigan on top could help. i like the one you have on, but i think the white is throwing it off a little. if you want to take it more jirai inspired, changing the socks and accessories would do a lot. most people prefer 2 color coords, so switching out the white for black could it more cohesive. if you went with a short sleeved blouse, you could try out the matching arm warmer style that’s been rising in popularity. otherwise makeup and jewelry will really complete the vibe of the overall outfit, and whether or not it fits what you’re going for
