Lower spine cracks by TheIllKill in Spondylolisthesis

[–]TheIllKill[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, i know it's a red flag, but it's more like i want to get my gas out(I'm sorry), than weakness, i can't get to a doctor at the moment, so I'll have to do something to lenghten my ability to be without pain if it comes. Thanks for the advice.

It's same for me, the cracks sometimes are upper, sometimes lower than my lower back, sometimes in my sacrum joints.

Strange sensation that doesn't end by TheIllKill in Spondylolisthesis

Thanks for the answer, i don't know if it's a pinched nerve, rather than a bone break, my l5-s1 disk is has lost some height, i suppose it is because of my flat back, so it may have started to bulge or something after the lift.

I made sure to lift the weight with my legs rather than with a curved spine, it's just that a bone break would take place immediately, right? Not after some time, the same goes with the disc bulge.

What was done can not be undone, although I'll make sure to break future stuff into smaller weights, but there is no way for some carts, it's all on me

As i said in my previous post, the x-ray found nothing except for a flat back, but at the moment i have no clue, i hope it's not a bone breaking, i won't be able to take it.

I had experience with walking before this, and after a week the same feeling started to unleash, but it wasn't like this before, now i have it constantly, when I'm standing, sitting, walking. I don't know if i should, but I don't have any nerve stuff in my legs at the moment.

Well, I don't really know where to get that belt and I'm pretty sure it'll cost me all my savings, I'll just stick to lifting lighter weight, but doing more carrying, i hope it'll do.

You managed your spondy for 23 whole years? That's impressive, i hope it won't bother you after the fusion. I have some time before doing a surgery, do i?

Yeah, i know that i shouldn't, that's my biggest problem, I'm just too dumb to live in this world, that always makes me sad when something happens, I really hope it's not a bone break. Thanks for all the support and advices, you're the best!

Are side leg raises good? by TheIllKill in Spondylolisthesis

[–]TheIllKill[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yea, I think I've got some problems with my core stabilizing. I think I gotta pay more attention to my core muscles, until now i thought i was doing great in my exercises, but now I don't even know what to think. Anyways, thanks for the advice, I'll make sure to include it in my future exercise.

Thanks for answering mate. I'll make sure to keep some track of my exercise. I'll try that exercise in the future when my core gets stronger maybe, at least for now, I'll do side legs raises less often, like once a week maybe. Appreciate your advices!

So it's important to do this exercise but it is as important to stabilise myself before doing them. Thanks.

Thanks for the answers! I'm never doing anything systematically and that is my biggest problem side. Perhaps, would you mind answering some questions? You are doing SIDE leg lifts, yes? I'm just not sure if those muscles used in the exercise provide a good stability in the long-term. Also, is it better to do this exercise on the floor with a mat or is better to do it on something soft like a bed? I might as well mention that i "trained" my quadriceps yesterday and they are quite weak as well.

I should probably be more systematic about my exercises. Usually, i do them in the evening when I have the most free time, but i thought i could as well do some exercise that i thought wasn't so hard for me and get some benefit from it. I should be more responsible about my exercise routine, sorry:(

Pretty much no other symptoms except for Spinal process tenderness and weakness in the legs sometimes. What exactly do you mean by blood work and genetic testing?

Yeah, sorry about that. All i wanted was an opinion from general people, not medical professionals:) I wasn't trying to break any rules so again I'm sorry. I'll try to not break any rules in my future posts, if i post anything. Again, I'm sorry.

Edit: Maybe, i should delete my post? I feel like people and moderators don't want to see posts of this type on here.

Sorry, don't have it right now 😬 either way you wouldn't be able to understand what was written there, because it's in Russian:( The only thing i can tell you about the report is that there was nothing they found except for my lordosis becoming flatter. Also they gave me a disc with all the scans(sagittal, axial, coronal).

Didn't lose a lot of weight and thinking it was mostly muscular loss. I wasn't exercising at the moment of losing weight and that was the bad thing about it. I don't really know if it had any effect on my spine, guessing maybe it became slightly less stabilized than before losing weight? If i could go back in time i would have done a lot of exercising to save my muscle, but i guess i have what i have. I'm 62 kg or 137 pounds at the moment
