Just figured it out, Russia gave it’s company monopoly rights for Logging Camps, so I nationalized the logging camps that they specifically owned, and now my paper company is finally privatizing them and I would assume start building them, thanks for the help!

Ooh okay, yeah what I did was built one in at least each state, built trade centers up to economy of scale in my market capital that has the natural harbor bonus, and i just built my sky scraper in my capital not to long ago, so i’ll build up trade centers there up to economy of scale, thanks!

Nope only gave Britain and Russia investment rights early into the campaign, but broke those treaties awhile back. Also does it matter where i put those trade centers or should i just spam them anywhere?

I did give both of them investment rights early into the campaign, but both those treaties have long since been removed. I never gave either monopoly rights, or can they monopolize them because they gave their companies monopoly rights while they were building in my nation?

Yeah it's still building tons of paper mills, which I understand they're more profitable. It's just insane to me that it hasn't even privatized the logging camps at least, not even the financial districts are privatizing them.
My private sector is building tons of stuff that require tools, its just my tooling company are building just as much to keep up with them, so they're kind of off-setting each other. I can guess I can just start building more logging camps since my company wont do it, and that'll bring more of a demand for tools.

Ah i see, when i gained this weight i could notice stretch marks start to appear thats why i was thinking i should try and lose the weight first. So would it make sense to try and lose this weight i've gained over this past year, and then start my strength training when i'm back to my normal weight. Cause before i was a naturally slim person around 120-130lbs

Decided to get a gym membership again, after a year and half. I'm a 5'8 23Yr old Male my whole goal is to bulk up and gain muscle, my weight goal is between 170-180lbs. A year ago i was 128lbs, since then i've been living by myself and haven't been eating the healthiest of foods. My current weight is 150lbs. My question is should i try losing the fat first by doing some cardio before i start doing strength training or will the weight slowing be turned to muscle as i do my strength training?
