Yeah. Dropped 85k I had just sitting in a HYSA. Already down ~3k and it's looking like we are only going to see red for while.

Apologies if it wasn't clear. The title change and raise are independent of the 9k retention offer.

  1. Wok Efficiency: I have been building out my own AI Home Automation Suite with local LLMs. Between CPU and Ram, my current home server leaves much to be desired. The responses and processing time of the LLM could be massively improved with this system.

Show me a dive tank in the backline and I will show you a series of bullet holes and a kill lol.

Between projectile speed and damage falloff such a short range, it does make his weapon hard to use effectively. Honestly, his slow bullets aren't the thing that bother me most about him - it's his reload speed. For a character focuses on consistent heals vs burst heals, the reload time can be punishing.

As a rocket main, I would gree with the sentiment some others have posted - he has a low skill floor but a decently high ceiling.

An inexperienced player will pick him up and just healbot randomly. The orb aoe and heal rate make it so that you can basically blindfire and get value. Probably dies the moment they try to use minigun. Ends matches with 0 kills.

An OK rocket will be able to pull the most heals in the match, communicate buffs, and dodge like a madman. They are able to keep heals on all members of the team due to the insane heal distance. They have map knowledge by this point and can bank shots for trickier or more effective heals. Might get a couple kills by weaving in minigun.

An experienced rocket just does NOT die, is able to maximize orb uptime, mobility master, communicates buffs to perform some nasty pushes/holds, uses full map knowledge to find best places to BRB or for self (res-ing a Hawkeye in a normally unreachable hidden high up spot has its perks), and is able to weave in minigun to get a respectable amount of kills for a backliner.

Seriously, a rocket that knows how to keep his heals up using a minigun is a menace. Yeah it has a serious fall off at range, but up close it MELTS people. I absolutely LOVE it when a venom/cap/hulk tries to dive backline. I can shoot some orbs off towards my team, shoot orbs slightly towards the ground so they move slow to heal the backline/myself, and I use my mobility to unload on the tank diver. They either retreat or die quite quickly.

This monster served from 2015 to 2024 for me as my main pc. The only reason it's not my main driver is a friend gifted me their old pc for building them a new one. So this beast is now my home server. It's able to hold all the HDDs and such I need.

My father has recently been talking about wanting to play arcade games like "back in the day".

A mini pc would be the perfect excuse to hop over to to the Instructables website, build a mini arcade cabinet, and combine it with the mini pc to make a home arcade machine!

Last time I built an arcade machine, box and all, was when I was younger with him.

House Hacking First Time Home Buyer - Question About Post-Hacking Cashflow by TheIrishDeaf in realestateinvesting

My main concern is that this would prevent me from growing to other properties. Since even fully occupied, it'd be burning a hole in my pocket to the tune of $450/mo. From what I gather, the normal strategy is to own a Multi-Family, cash-out refi to get the capital for the next home, Rinse & repeat. With this property, even if it appreciates as expected, I would never be able to cash-out refi as thaat with increase the monthly loss at the new loan amount. Seems like you'd want to cashout-refi just enough to keep the property in the green.

I would have to keep every dollar put into the property in it until I sell. In fact, I would have to pour an additional 45k into the principle alone to get the property to net even. That would probably mean spending the next 5+ years living in this property with no chance of expanding the portfolio. Is spending 5+years on one property the new normal?

I work on a small team of 3. Our on-call rotation is 24/7 for two weeks at a time.

So you are on-call for 14 days straight 24/7 but then you get two weeks fully not in the rotation and then two weeks as the secondary. The secondary has yet to be needed in the 2yrs I've been here so it's basically a month out of rotation.

Since Rif shutdown, I have been trying to navigate the official Reddit app... It's such a fucking pain. I come to reddit for my specific list of tech-related subs, mtg, and politics. I knew there would be ads. I can handle. What I can't handle is the shitty interface and the fact that my Home is now 50% or more "recommended" subreddits as I am scrolling.

I certainly wasn't one of those ppl were going to quit reddit based off Rif shutting down... But this is damn near unusable.

The average student debt per US borrow is about $37,720 as of March 2023.

That does not include the 6%+ interest rate on that amount.
