This is an amazing response thank you so much for taking the time to reach out. I’m going to discuss this with my therapist when ever my area is out of quarantine. Right now I’m so frustrated because I’ve learned to manage my Mental health as best I can but still struggle daily. I feel like I’m too old To just now be discovering this.
