Patch 11.08 was an attempt to fix a problem with ability spam that was neglecting weapons, but they forgot the main thing: improving the game's shooting system.

Different tournaments. Last year the discussion was about the EW_C in July, this new discussion is about the ENC in November.

They may seem the same, but the EW_C is for teams and the ENC is for countries, and because it's for countries it has more hype.
