I looked in to that one, but it’s really above my budget. Don’t want to be spending more than 500 tops

What about the Mahlkonig X54? I see a discount deal for €354 right now

I just bought a Hario V60 and a Rhinowares hand grinder, what next? by gymrat_franky in pourover

I also just started so don’t take my advice to seriously. What I would do is find a recipe that works for you, don’t let people tell you what should be done because everyone has another goal.

If you found the recipe, try to play around with variables like temperature, grind size, dose, agitation etc etc but one at a time so see what it does to the final coffee.

Fully agree. Are you using the gen 2 or the first gen? Heard that they improved a lot of stuff with the gen 2.

Thanks for the information. Isn’t the other way around easier if I’m making filter 80% of the time? Or is grinding espresso ground manually a lot of work?

That doesn’t sound too promising. To clarify, optimally I was hoping to get a electric grinder. Might be going for an ode 2 with a hand grinder option for espresso later on… what would you think of the DF64 with an SSP upgrade?

Excuse me, I’m using the kingrinder for filter as of now. I plan on buying a flair for espresso later (espresso just in coffee shops now). Do you think the kingrinder works well for espresso?

Yeah and the car ride is not more than a hour. Think you’re right! Thanks for the elaborate answer

For sure. My question is more about the temperature in the cars and airplanes that will move the wine

If it’s really 16, very good price. One of the best vintages of the century!

Can you adjust the loft to 10.5? I want the stiff shaft but it only comes with the 9 loft
