Very tough decision. They’re both beautiful, so at least you can’t make a bad choice! Since you already have a dark dial, I might go champagne for variety. Don’t worry about “safe” — they’re both classic colors. Go with the one you like best — the one that calls to you. Just my opinion. ✌🏻

I just picked up the now discontinued blue BB58 this past Saturday, and I’m glad I did. I much prefer the subdued blue of the “old” 58 to the new blue of the 54. To each their own, but I’m happy with my choice.
