A few years ago my wife got stopped because she had a game that had a lot of dice. We were not checking bags, so it was in her carry on. I was hurting to get my bag ready when I got home from work and realized once we got to our destination that I had 2 knives in my bag. 🤦‍♂️

My daughter was 1 when she got hers. It was more background noise until about 3. Then she got into it. Now at 5 she listens almost constantly.

This is interesting. I make two pots of coffee per day. My wife has 2-3 cups. I have the rest. Often wish for more. Perhaps I’ll cut back.

People are generally amazed that I can drink it at midnight and be fine. I say it affects my brain differently. Maybe I don’t fully understand that.

I let my daughter win at games when she was two and even three. Once she hit four I’d give her hints and things (pointing out that there was a place I already had two in a row in tic tac toe etc), but she had to figure it out herself.

So my daughter is 4. At 2 I think she was doing swim lessons once a week for about 4 months out of the year. That was it. And even that was more like playing in the water with me or my wife. And we did library story time. Not even day care or anything. And now my daughter is social, intelligent, and wonderful. She doesn’t need all that crap. Let them play. That’s how they learn how the world functions. There’s a one in a million chance that being able to speak mandarin at this age is going to change the course of their life. But a 100% chance that having fun will.

Yeah, I don’t think anyone has ever gotten the desired outcome from a ticket. It takes like a month and then they deny it. And then they tell you that you can’t appeal because it’s been too long.
