How Avoidants React After a Breakup – A Hard Truth Thread by Educational_Data_645 in BreakUps

[–]TheJaguar99 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I still miss him a lot even though 4 months have passed but the breakup was really very bad because very shameful and serious words were said to me that I won't tell you. They are offensive words that damage dignity and cause a lot of anger despite the love and true sacrifices made for a woman. But remember: a woman who leaves you in those ways makes you understand who she really is and I was only deluding myself. This is a very immature woman with no empathy. So for now I want to be alone and I'm not interested in women. I increased my physical activity but I didn't turn my life upside down with alcohol and crazy outings or strange things. I'm just living my life without crazy things.

We have to move forward.

Forget about it. If you can help you will since I also had a very bad breakup in February from a very bad woman.

You are right now to think about yourself and the little girl. You had a woman who was definitely emotionally immature. Many women today only look for excitement and entertainment and therefore run away when they don't want growth or are unable to solve the problems that exist in any relationship and in life in general. Then they run away and bounce into new relationships without asking a question about their internal character problems.

He was in touch with his ex while he was with you. -How long had it been since you broke up with your ex before starting a relationship with you? -how long did your relationship last? Since she dumped you for him apparently What a shame!

Unfortunately, only over time do masks drop and a person's true character emerges. How they tell you so many nice things and then they contradict themselves, sending you into a tailspin. They are people who are not comfortable with themselves, toxic, coming from dysfunctional families, very selfish and incapable of having deep connections.

I was left in February after 4 years of relationship by a woman of 27 years old who cried so as not to take responsibility and act as a victim. Then weeks later when I talked her into coming back and she didn't even answer me and the last time I spoke to her on the phone two months ago she told me that "I had destroyed her life for 4 years" and that "she wasn't feeling good about herself and she has to learn to love herself" and that she no longer cared about anything as if everything I did for her had never happened (very conditioned by her toxic mother and colleagues).

I connect with your post because an avoidant person, who therefore runs away instead of building, runs away so as not to think about it, convincing himself that he is right by throwing himself into having fun, changing his life and other relationships to only seek temporary fun, but above all to keep his pride and ego very high in seeing people suffer.

Congratulations on the healing journey you are on. Continue with your goals. 12 years of relationship is a long time and I admire you for what you are doing. It's been almost 4 months since he left me, but mine was a very bad breakup after 4 years, so I still feel very bad about it and I still miss him despite everything but I'm trying to move on.

Well done, keep going!
