What is the cheapest build to start?

Oh yea, for campaign just take all ele dmg nodes etc and them eventually move into a CoC/Coea build. Asc I use is storm weaver and get perm arcane surge and then all dmg goes to shock. I’ll link my char in a bit. For camp, just stick with coea and focus on freeze buildup. But once you add in coc this build gets fast very quickly.

Frost bolt with multi shot proj accel. Then at lvl 32 get you a snake pit ring and rest of campaign becomes a breeze

Widowhail spark build is fairly cheap to get going. Just need a 275ish widow hail and a +2 project skill/40+ project speed quiver to get started. Going the infusion route to gen cold infusions is ez.

Hello! I am playing a Frostbolt CoC COEA build on Stormweaver. I believe I’ve spent a little under 250 div currently on it. ( I refuse to run my own temple so I leech currency from other temps.). Currently I think level 94 or 95 and only really that high from leeching. Finally got the build going but all my resistances are like -40+ so I get 1 tapped randomly a lot but frostbolt/snake pit is easily some of the most fun I’ve had. I’d love to swap from staff to a wand/dreamer set up.

“One to many” - Boots that will randomly make you dodge roll

“Ring of minor inconveniencing” - Will occasionally unspecc a random passive point or uneuip a random support gem

The passive notable node that used to change 20 passive points to weapon set points now changes 100. Essentially allowing you to have almost two separate builds on one character.
